Domain Name Registration Terms

UK Domain Name Registration All UK domain registrations are subject to annual renewal. Invoices for renewal will be dispatched at the beginning of each month, at least 30 days prior to the expiration date of the domain. The invoice will be sent to the email address associated with the account. It is the responsibility of the registrant to ensure that their contact details are current. If you choose not to renew a domain, please notify us at least 35 days before the expiration date by emailing Info@BrandGenie.co.uk. Unless we receive a contrary request, all domains will be automatically renewed approximately 7 days before expiration. If you opt out of domain renewal with us, the domain will be allowed to expire, resulting in suspension of all associated services. Subsequently, the domain will enter a 30-day protected period, followed by a 60-day grace period during which it will be suspended by Nominet.

Complaints & Appeals Process For any complaints or appeals concerning .uk domain names for which we serve as the Tag Holder, please contact us via email at info@brandgenie.co.uk. Kindly provide all pertinent details and indicate "Domain Complaints/Appeal (The domain name in question)" in the subject line. We commit to responding to you within 48 working hours.
